Secondary Price Guide
Updated September 1, 2010

SECONDARY MARKETPLACE COMING SOON:

ATTENTION SELLERS: Please email us a detailed list of what you have for sale and we will post it on our forthcoming "Secondary Marketplace" page.  Buyers may contact you directly regarding purchasing. We are offering this as a FREE service to all of Randy's loyal collectors.

DEMAND & SUPPLY: Make no mistake.. people always want art! This has been true since man first found a cave to live in and walls to paint on. Art that is special and personally meaningful to us will always have value because it helps feed our soul.

The art market is historically quite sensitive to the ups and downs of the overall economy. So when times are hard, art and collectibles are often among the first things people postpone buying. At the same time, more people than usual find themselves forced to sell items from their collections. This "double whammy" often results in lower "secondary market" prices being offered by a smaller-than-usual pool of people. So until the economy rebounds, this will likely remain a "buyers market."

The following "Secondary Market Price Guide" was effective prior to the US financial meltdown of 2008 and worldwide recession that followed. The "current values" have not been adjusted since.

August 2008

This listing serves as a basic guideline for current values of sold-out, unframed prints by Randy Souders. The prices quoted here are based on actual retail sales known to have been made during the past two years. The prices you can expect may vary substantially depending on your geographic region, seasonality, economic swings and other factors.

This listing should not be construed as either an official "appraisal" nor an offer to 'repurchase' by Souders Fine Art, Inc. If you are interested in either buying or selling a work you are welcome to Email us for advice or assistance. Please note that any gallery or dealer you engage will expect to receive a substantial commission for their time, experience and marketing services (often 33% to 50% of the retail sale).  If you have the time and ability, you will often realize the most profit by finding a buyer yourself and selling directly to them.

(Prints are listed according to the year released)
